New track from New York hardcore unit Manipulate streaming

Becoming Madness is the fittingly-titled, impending new EP from New York hardcore unit, Manipulate. Slated for release via Flatspot Records on February 12th, the six track offering was captured during the Summer of 2015 by Jeff "Stress" Davis at Chopshop Studios with vocals recorded by John Grant at Madhouse NYC, mixed by Taylor Young at The Pit Studios, and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege.

As a precursor to its release, today Revolver Magazine thrusts forth the audio punishment of fourth track, "Slip Away." Comments vocalist Iván Murillo, "This song focuses on the relationships with friends and loved ones who take a wrong turn. It's tough to watch when someone you care about turns their life over to self-destructive behaviors. You do all you can to provide help and support, but there comes a point when you have to draw a line in the sand and let them sink or swim. Tough love is the theme for this song."
