Zemial to tour North America for the first time as part of worldwide NYKTA Tour 2015

Zemial's first and eagerly anticipated tour of the USA and Canada is taking place this month. Early in August, the band performed the first of a series of concerts for their "NYKTA Tour 2015," and they will pass through America for 12 concerts in the northeast US from September 7th to September 20th. Zemial will present most of their highly acclaimed NYKTA album - released during the fall of 2013 by Hells Headbangers - on the tour, along with pieces from their entire discography from 1992 to the present day in shows that promise strong musical and visual aesthetics. Confirmed dates and venues are as follows:

September 7th - Baltimore, MD @ Riverside Lounge
September 8th - Salem, MA @ Koto
September 9th - Providence, RI @ Dusk
September 10th - New York City, NY @ The Acheron
September 11th - Montreal, Quebec @ Wings of Metal Festival
September 12th - Rochester, NY
September 13th - Toronto, ON @ The Rivoli
September 14th - Peterborough, ON
September 16th - Chicago, IL @ Livewire Lounge
September 18th - Denver, CO @ Aztlan Theatre Bar
September 19th - Kansas City, KS
September 20th - Lexington, KY @ Best Friend Bar

A poster for the tour is as follows:

In Denver, Zemial will present a special set of completely improvisational music at the old Aztlan Theatre, where multi-instrumentalist Vorskaath will showcase his new touring lineup and Zemial's avant-garde leanings. Shortly before the end of the tour, Zemial will perform in Kansas City in a private setting, in front of a maximum of 50 invited audience members, giving those few fans a "behind the scenes" perspective.

As Vorskaath continues to explore uncharted musical territory and concoct unlikely new approaches to music, this tour may be a good time to catch Zemial as they look back upon the past 25 years of their musical existence.
